Tomtom route planner

The online planner is a web page; the only thing to do is check in the application settings or on your GPS if you are still properly connected to your TomTom account.

Is there an easy way to export/import favourites ("My Places")?

Either from the web, "My Drive", the App (Android in my case, but we also use iPhone) or anywhere else?

There is no solution to export or import your favorites; the only solution is to wait for TomTom to resolve the problem.

Just had a map update sent to my satnav hoped that was a fix but apparently not still no favourites this is now getting stupid and no official response from TomTom disgusting

I thought I was going mad this morning, all favorites disappeared, I use app on phone x2 1 is a beta truck, a Go expert for my truck and a 6250, the 6250 hasn’t logged into my account and still has saved places, the other 3 platforms have lost the lot. Can still see saved routes but it obviously syncs from the TomTom planner, and that’s where they’ve disappeared from.
I raised a ticket today and have since found this.
Hope it’s sorted quickly

I presume it's all accounts or a large percentage of them. My app still has my places in it but they have all gone from the online account

Same here. Working all ok yesterday then all My Places, Home and work waypoints gone. Not frustrated at all…! Tried swiping up on app, logging out and in again, deleting and reinstalling app but nothing. Even lost them when I use TomTom MyDrive.

To all:
TomTom is acutely aware of the problem, and is trying to come up with a strategy for dealing with it. Don't expect a resolution any time before the work day tomorrow, Europe time.
I’m not a techie guy but is it actually possible to recover all those deleted ‘places’? I guess they could revert to an earlier time. 🤷

All locations are stored on TomTom servers, so it is not possible to retrieve them.

TomTom could if they ha e got backuos of them, but until they are restored to people's accounts again then no there's nothing you can satbthis moment in town
. I suspect the servers have failed that store them because if you add a new location that doesn't appear on your account either,

Why send an email?

The service is down; there's not much more to add.

All we can do is hope that TomTom manages to retrieve the data recorded by customers on the server.
Because it would save people like me the several hours I spent trying to rectify the problem thinking it was something at my end..

All mine dissapeared yesterday as I was clearing the places I put in. I thought I'd pressed the wrong button until I noticed everything was missing on the My Drive app too.

To make matters worse, as I was traveling to a site today, the route just dropped off mid instruction and my home and work (the only two saved locations I put back on) also disappeared again.

Really hope a fix is coming soon because if it's going to keep crashing, it's basically an expensive paper weight
I only just renewed my cameras last week

Они только что вернулись к навигации. Она работает.:)
Доброе утро. К сожалению, для меня ничего не изменилось — всё осталось по-прежнему.

I hope we can find all our old favorites again?

To test it, I added a favorite from the planner, and it was successfully added as one of my favorite places.
