Same with me as well. All my favourites and routes have gone too.![]()

There is no solution to export or import your favorites; the only solution is to wait for TomTom to resolve the problem. Is there an easy way to export/import favourites ("My Places")?
Either from the web, "My Drive", the App (Android in my case, but we also use iPhone) or anywhere else?

I’m not a techie guy but is it actually possible to recover all those deleted ‘places’? I guess they could revert to an earlier time.To all:
TomTom is acutely aware of the problem, and is trying to come up with a strategy for dealing with it. Don't expect a resolution any time before the work day tomorrow, Europe time.

All locations are stored on TomTom servers, so it is not possible to retrieve them.I’m not a techie guy but is it actually possible to recover all those deleted ‘places’? I guess they could revert to an earlier time.![]()

Because it would save people like me the several hours I spent trying to rectify the problem thinking it was something at my end..Why send an email?
The service is down; there's not much more to add.
All we can do is hope that TomTom manages to retrieve the data recorded by customers on the server.
Доброе утро. К сожалению, для меня ничего не изменилось — всё осталось по-прежнему.Они только что вернулись к навигации. Она работает.![]()
