Tomtom route planner

Today I noticed that data is not synced between navi and the MyDrive EU app.
I just got logged out of MyDrive EU on Android and can't log in. "Wrong Data" OO

What's going on here again?

When adding this post, the system also had trouble logging in to me.

Only a third attempt to enter the same data had an effect.

@JuergenAMS Well, that had to happen sometime...

Although, in the era of recent failures on TT servers, this is probably not the best time to end the operation of something that has not succumbed to the loss of data from the cloud.



But what do I know about it there?

After all, I am "only" a user of this corporation's products...

Online route planner works for me using either of Chrome on my Samsung Smartphone AND using Firefox on my desktop/laptop PCs.
Have you ensured that you clear the App cache BEFORE login?
 
Hey i was just wondering if there is an issue logging into the tomtom route planner site plan.tomtom.com? I have tried multiple browsers, chrome, firefox edge but all login, but are in a loop where it doesn't show that i'm logged in. I have tried multiple devices also so was wondering if there is a way to resolve this or if there is an issue currently? Thank you
I have it working fine. Alls good in the UK.
