Import a GPX route to the iPhone app - wont synch with plan.tomtom

I have a gpx route successfully imported onto plan.tomtom. I have clicked synch (a number of times), restarted my phone (iPhone 14) logged in and out and back in again… the route is not appearing on my phone. How do I get a GPX route into the app? Very frustrating.
 
@PhilSeven Unfortunately TomTom have yet to develop a means of synching between plan.tomom and the phone application, note you do not use an email address to log into the app like for plan.tomtom
 
I don't know what's happening in my case, I can no longer upload GPX files from my computer to the TomTom planner?
