Long download times.

For the last year, 18 months the downloads for maps, EP's and speed cameras have been taking ages to download.
Sometimes nearly 45 mins to do a full set. 20 minutes for speed cameras. Before when it was connected to the PC it took minutes to download updates. Connecting to the PC now it takes just as long.

I have a fast download speed, is this the same for everyone else or is it just my device? I have reset my device many time to try and clear it but it has not worked.

Device is a TomTom Go Premium.

Maps are getting larger and larger; a Europe map is almost 10 GB.

Download procedure: download the map to your computer, then delete the map from your GPS, and then install the new one.

Do you need the complete Europe map?

As for speed camera locations, your GO receives them in real time via your smartphone, so you don't need to install them again.
