Longer cable

I bought

TomTom Car Sat Nav GO Classic 2nd but needed a longer cable, this has the USB one end and a micro on the other. I ordered one that said it fitted this model but when I got it the micro end did not fit. Looking at others the photo appears to show a different shape micro connection. Is my model an old series and can anyone tell me where I can get a 3m or longer cable that will fit.​

GO Classic 2nd generation requires a USB-A to USB-C cable.

One solution is to extend the "A" end of the cable slightly rather than replacing the cable.
