My places disappeared again on iPhone and iPad

This weekend all my places have disappeared again on my Tomtom app! Also having trouble logging in but when I do, they are not there! They reappeared after the latest problem but have gone again. The device I use is working fine and also still has My Places on it. The online program also works fine! A right pain - using Google instead!

If you check your Plan-Tomtom account, do you still see your locations?

Yes, everything there as normal

I’ve just logged out on the iPad and it won’t let me log back in! Even with the new password which it made me do on Friday. Online it still works fine!

Both iPhone and iPad have been restarted and also the app on both. No change!

To log in to TomTom Maps, you can use your old login details or your new password.

If this is "MyDrive" mobile app on iPhone, TomTom has discontinued it.

Still won’t let me. Using old and new password but fine on the web based program.

I think it's a problem with your phone's login credentials.
In the TomTom service settings on your phone, have you checked that MyDrive is selected?

Thanks for your help, I hadn’t realised that Tomtom app is no more! Have deleted it and will use Plan.tomtom.com
