i bought a tomtom rider 400 with lifelong "flitser" subscription, now they claim I have to renew my subscription? How long is such subscription in reality?

This is a bug. Rider 400 has maps, traffic, and speed cameras for life.
Contact TomTom to have your rights reinstated.

Through focus, commitment, and sheer will power i succeeded sendign them a message. But no response yet. This "support" system seems specially designed to make it as difficult as possible to entera request.

I had a Go6000 which broke. Of course the lifetime is the device´s life and not the owner´s life Unfortunately the replacement, a Go6200 did not have the lifetime update option anymore.

GO 6200 has lifetime updates, you need to contact Tomtom support to have them restore your lifetime update rights.
