Mine the same tried my satnav the app and the website I can log in give but all my places are gone spent years accruing them hope it gets fixed

I also managed to log in there recently, the saved routes are visible. But all the saved places are still missing.

As far as I'm concerned, nothing has changed—I haven't been able to recover my home address, my work place, or any of my saved locations.
Neither on plan.tomtom nor on TomTom GO Expert (iOS)
Could you tell me more about this resolution?

Same here, no change. I cleared the cookies in the browser (Safari) and logged in again. No change. I also tried with Chrome. Same situation. Routes are visible but no saved places. My own places are not visible in the app either.

The bug has been fixed.

I turned on the navigation at 4:00 AM today. All my favorites are gone. I can log in to the website, but my favorites are gone from there too. When will the problem be solved? For me, this is a work tool and important places were saved.

I still have the MyDrive EU app on my phone and I have all my points in it.

Unfortunately, I am not able to transfer data for navigation...

Yep, same here in sleepy Australia. From 12 hours ago, everything gone from the plan.tomtom.com website and both devices running the TomTom GO Expert app. Is a bummer, because tomorrow I am heading off on a trip and had all my places for the trip saved. But they're gone. Except for three archival routes that I have saved on the planner, but are unticked for sync. I hope everything is still in the Cloud somewhere.

Hi, I am having issues since yesterday and it is worse today. Summary using PC and iPhone with go520 , go6000 and go5000:-
1) Plan and my drive apps (iphone) allow login but all my places details are blank
2) All login services via PC and web pages give 'HTTP ERROR 400'
3) Tried support chat but the catch 22 is the bot will ask you to login to contact customer services and when you do you get 'HTTP ERROR 400'

As users we could do with some decent online status page with details of whats going on. Luckily all the myplace info on the satnav is ok you just cannot add or use the apps or web services currently. Looks quite bad currently but the satnavs still seem to function ok with what is on them

No panic just business as normal, being a long term tomtom user. Spending more time working what is going on than being informed up front

Same here - nothing is showing in favorites, home or work... all routes gone and also shows my subscriptions as not valid too

Hope they fix this ASAP as I will now have to use Eurowag Navi again

Hello,





I have encountered a serious problem: all saved locations (favorite places) on my TomTom GO Expert 7 have disappeared. I had been saving these locations for many years.





I also checked the TomTom GO Navigation app, and those saved locations are missing there as well — everything has been completely erased.





I don’t know what happened because I did not delete anything intentionally.





Could you please advise me if there is any way to recover this data?
If it is possible to restore my saved locations from your server, backup, or in any other way, I would be very grateful for your help.
