Deleted truck map on 620 professional

I have a week old 620 professional and whilst trying to update my map, the existing one did not have the new section of the A14 round Huntingdon on it! I managed to delete my truck map. Despite much googling and looking on Tomtoms website I am unable to download a replacement Truck map, I can put car ones on but I am in need of the truck version with weight and height restrictions.

Any ideas?

How did you get on regarding this? My friend bought one and has managed to lose the truck option after an update. What was the solution buddy?

The solution is to log into your Mydrive connect account and download the truck map again.

This gets a little messy, but hang in there. It could be because MDC doesn't see your device as a Professional for some reason.

On your GO Professional 620:
Settings > System > About

Look for the already installed map name/version and the serial number information. Please report what you see.
The serial-number prefix for a GO PROFESSIONAL 620 is ZE.

Then, on your computer, one more time:

1. Open MyDrive Connect.
2. Log into the same TomTom account associated with the device.
3. Connect the 620 directly by USB.
4. Wait for it to be recognized.
5. Select My Content / View Updates.
6. Look under My Maps. What do you see there?
