Tomtom 450 - recover recorded track (deleted)

Hi Everyone

today i went for a ride which i have recorded. when i got home instead of sharing it/export it to a SD card i delete it. (crazy - was doing 3 jobs). Now is there a way to recover the deleted route?

It is not possible to recover the *.gpx file if it was never transferred from the device to the card. Sorry. The 450 file system is closed to users (we wish that was not the case), so the usual recovery methods are not available.
