620 professional
I have a week old 620 professional and whilst trying to update my map, the existing one did not have the new section of the A14 round Huntingdon on it! I managed to delete my truck map. Despite much googling and looking on Tomtoms website I am unable to download a replacement Truck map, I can put car ones on but I am in need of the truck version with weight and height restrictions.

Any ideas?

If the truck card is not available on your mydrive connect account, you must contact TomTom customer service to have it on your account.

@Willy875
In some European countries, the use of the word "card" or something similar to mean "map" is common.
German: Karte
French: carte
Dutch: kaart
Spanish: la carta (but usually el mapa)
Italian: carta geografica

For those whose native language is English, "card" is too often confused with a SD or uSD card in a device. Indeed, some devices require these cards to run. So when referring to a map, perhaps it will create less confusion if the word "map" is used.

I'm trying to speak to a human but can only get the chat-bot, when I ask to contact support it tells me that 'something has gone wrong please try again'

Has anyone got a UK phone number?

there is no longer a telephone at TomTom if the chat is not available contact customer service by email

I'm still having issues with the chat bot thing, cannot find any support email address's

How to contact TomTom customer support by chat or email

Tap get in touch and you should now have the option of chat, regular business hours, or email.

As far as my experience tells me it is impossible to get past the chat-bot thing and again communication with a human being!

Currently I am very disappointed with the customer care provided by TomTom and am finding my device unsuitable for my requirements.

I'm not sure of my next step now other than returning my device.

I would if they provided an email address, but I'm unable to find one.

This is exactly what I have been doing. It takes me to the chat bot and when I try to contact support it throws up an error message.

Looks like it's now sorted.

Carried out a soft reset and then download the European Truck Map as advised by TomTom.

The map seems to be up-to-date and I now have the vehicle size and weight options.
