Connection issues via phone and tom tom rider 550

Hi all. I am needing help with my connection with my phone and satnav. I have a Tom tom rider 550 sat nav, a freecom headset for my helmet and a Samsung S22 phone. My freecom headset connects to my phone and my sat nav. In the Bluetooth settings on my sat nav it says freecom headset is connected, there is a icon with my Samsung 22 on it but this does not say connected. On my phone it says tom tom rider 550 connected and my freecom headset is connected. Can anyone help me out with this, a very frustrated rider. Many thanks
 
I forgot to mention that i have the (my rider app) on my phone and i can type a destination in the app and then send it to my sat nav and this works.
