Tomtom route planner

Im presuming this still isnt resolved ?
I upgraded my phone on tuesday and it took 24 hrs for everything to upload to new phone,
seems it was just a coincidence everything from the last 10 years using this app has vanished which is really frustrating as all my client addresses are now gone so i have to google everything to find addresses/locations again and use google maps instead . 😫🔫.. hope this will be resolved and ally location will reappear as quickly as they vanished🤔

Currently it’s seems to resolve then break again , I suspect they are testing fixes. So hopefully all stored items should be safe from a week ago, as mine have returned then disappeared again. Also currently when you logout you get an error so it is still at the state it was earlier this week. Fingers crossed but the stored data appears recoverable
 
For me favorites are back since this late afernoon and they seem to stay.

Home and Work locations were gone, but you simply restore them by getting them from Recent Destination.
 
Everyday this week my saved and previously visited destinations have deleted themselves in the middle of my journey. Its killing me now settings these places again as a truck driver I had a good number of places saved... this on a physical tomtom truck navi.

How is this happening? I thought my places would he saved on the physical device not in the cloud...

No still out for me on both plan and MyDrive apps, was working this morning. Also get error when trying to logout. Tomtom haven’t confirmed restore completion yet?

They are correctly recorded on the GPS, but you must also disconnect from Mydrive in TomTom service so that they are not deleted.

a few saved routes popped up on 1 device but not others, saved places still missing, and all my up coming bike trip routes missing ffsake
 
Not resolved. No saved locations or routes. Also locations saved yesterday are gone tonight.
 
Patiance is not an option when you buy a premium product and pay their subscriptions and services.

I work for a company with over 100 lorryes and they all use TomTom, pretty much a disaster over the last 2 days as over 15 years of saved locations disappeared.

Even if we like to admit it or no, TomTom failed miserably to offer what we have paid for.

Seems like a 50€ PilotOn is more reliable than a 500€ TomTom.

Disconnect your GPS from Mydrive on the GPS device, that way you won't lose your favorites.
 
In the future i hope to find a better alternative.

Turning on and off certain services is not the way that a premium product should work.

It the same as “deactivate the internet service on your smartphone and reactivate it only when you want to use it”.

Really ? This is how advanced technology works nowadays ?

It's a bug; it can happen to many companies.

For your information, this is the first time customers have lost their favorites.

I repeat, it’s a premium device with a premium cost and extra-premium matketing.

When i pay 500€ for a GPS that has the hardware of a 50-100€ one, i expect at least the software and services are flawless.

Bugs of this magnitude are not acceptable and not tolerable.

I’ll forgive them anything and everything if my favourites get restored. I’m just glad there is hope. 🙏

No. The first time was Tuesday for me. Its happened atleast once per day since...

Let me guess. You've never had your phone or electric service go down?
