Tomtom route planner

So previously I have just saved my places on the TomTom go and always been fine and never lost any until couple of weeks ago when they all just disappeared, I saved a few again and they went
Someone at TomTom said go to plan.tomtom to see if what you saved was their but nothing and I’ve never saved any my places that way
Once I know the bug has been fixed I will save them the way I have always done and see if they save ok
Thanks for help
I saved a few on Friday on a phone that is not syncing and they are still there, another phone with syncing turned on lost them. When I need more I will enter them the day before on a non synced phone

Everything you add as favorites or routes is automatically saved to your Plan-Tomtom account, you don't have to do anything else.

It should all be back up and running you just need to go into TomTom services and turn on MyDrive

Activating MyDrive is fine, but what do we do when the favorites list is empty on Map-Tomtom?

I’ve had mydrive syncing the last few days, but nothing appearing in plan.tomtom.com.

I now have the half a dozen entries I added back in to TomTom Go Expert appearing in plan.tomtom.com, but the significantly larger list of entries I had before this outage is still nowhere to be seen.

Until that’s restored, things are not back to normal.

As much as I am frustrated by this TT outage (I have a major European moto trip coming up), Garmin is absolute SH*T, in almost every way possible. I would never, ever use Garmin over the TT "ecosystem." Used them for years, never again.

I am always amazed that people put up with Garmin's BS.
ello, when ya coming over the big pond to play in Europe, you going anywhere nice?

just tried to log into the route planner webpage to see if anything is back and now that's broken, what's next all tom tom apps and devices will explode?

I don’t know what to tell you MyDrive wasn’t synced so turned sync on then logged out of my account and logged back in again and all my saved items (except a couple I did last week) where all back.

The trouble is that mydrive is also empty, so when it syncs it removes anything put back on another device as it syncs to a blank sheet

What an absolute shambles this is. All locations were there yesterday and gone again today. Maybe time to move to garmin

The problem isn't with the TomTom GPS itself.

TomTom has created an online route planner that allows users to save and create routes from a computer.

Without the connection to this planner, the GPS wouldn't have lost its saved favorite routes.

Still nothing... logging in, logging out, mydrive on / mydrive out , saved home/work disappears...

It's the weekend; TomTom doesn't work on weekends.
I have reloaded my favourites yesterday and all ok was , today they have gone again. It’s ok as I have a backup and can reload. Of concern is the original issue that they are getting removed appears to still be happening . No updates from tomtom so if they are not working over the weekend then we appear to have the same issue as last Monday. Not sure if there is any visible progress.
