Apply the application upgrade?

Need advice on whether to let TomTom Home upgrade my application or not. I don't want to break anything and the device is running fine at this moment. I am running my 720 with

NA Maps 710
Application 7.221
Home 2.2.2.83

4 GB SDHC card with all of the map data including 920 POIs

On board memory includes everything else...

Device currently operates with voice recognition though I don't use it much.

There are absolutely NO functional changes for North American users of 720's and firmware 7.481, only a couple of cosmetic ones.
