Not Syncing

Since the updated My Drive started I have had a problem syncing a route to Rider 550, now its totally refusing to sync Help!
 
When you updated your Rider, did it 'forget' your login information for the TT cloud, and did you then have to re-enter your login credentials? If so, there's at least a chance that a character got flubbed. If so, the only way to get your device to forget that information so that you can re-enter it is to do a Factory Reset and then re-enter that information correctly.
