No internet

Hello, i have a Go connected to my iphone, blue tooth is showing as connected but i have no internet or traffic

It was working until recently, no up dates on phone or tomotom

Have tried repairing
Factory reset

Iphone - reset network setting

I have noticed that if there tomtom is connected to wifi it connects to mydrive and traffic

Thinking phone issue but checked everything i know

Any suggestions please

You can set your iPhone up as a WiFi hotspot instead of using a Bluetooth connection. As you've noted, when your GO is connected by WiFi, your traffic works correctly. Apple's Bluetooth and TomTom's Bluetooth haven't played very well together since iOS 11.

Though it works well enough on Android Bluetooth, I prefer to use WiFi anyway. Simpler configuration, stable connection, no glitches.
