Tom Tom Go Premium 5 inch model spoken instructions have stopped working

Hi. I can plan a route on my tom tom and the screen shows me which way to go, but I no longer hear the spoken instruction to, for example, "turn right at next junction" Please can you suggest how i get the spoken instructions back. I have just looked on the main tom tom website and it said to carry out a sft restart which i have done. Many thanks for any help to get my tom tom talking to me again would be very much appreciated, Cheers jimmyMerlin

I use Serena so that she can read out all of the road name etc

Yes it was !!!!! To be honest , I dont think I have ever noticed it before, I clicked on it and it said VOICE INSTRUCTION ON , I must have pressed it accidentally when i was doing something else on my tom tom. Thank you very much I am sure it will work now.
