GO PREMIUM
Hello everybody
My newly bought GO Premium refuses to display the time in my time zone. I dutifully declared that I'm living in France, which is GMT +2 currently, but it still displays the wrong time. When I programme a route, it very helpfully tells me that my actual arrival time will be - for example - 4.00 +2 . I does remind me that I have to add 2 hours to the arrival time, but I don't want to have to do calculations all the time, it seems completley stupid not simply to display the customer's actual time in his / her time zone!
Most probably I'm missing someting quite simple. I tried to programme the time, but it just says that the time is set automatically via satellite, so I don't have any control over it...
I would ne most grateful if someone could help :)!
Thank you, merci, danke

To clarify .. you are living in France, but where are you and your device located when it displays GMT? Are you doing some traveling? The device should always display 'local' time, not 'home' time.

I am in France... that's why I don't understand. Do you have any idea?

So, to clarify things: I am in the Dordogne, so in the middle of France, and here's the problem. The computer screen in the background shows the actual time here, look what the Tomtom says...

The icon indicating your position is greyed out, which means that your GPS is not picking up satellites.
The solution is therefore to take your GPS outside in an open place, without trees, without buildings.

Aaaaaaaaaaah so simple... Sorry :) ! But as it had picked up my position, I didn't think about it not knowing where it was.
Problem solved, thanks a lot to people who have more brains than I do!
