I tried to reset my TomTom GO Premium X several times to factory settings according to the instructions here and on YouTube, unfortunately without success. Although you can use TomTom MyDrive Connect to visually restore 0 to 100% on your computer screen, after you automatically restart your device after a restore, your device is still as it was before you tried to restore. I use an original TomTom cable to connect directly to the device and the USB port on my computer. I follow the instructions exactly.

Because my TomTom GO Premium X has a lot of problems (spontaneous screen off during navigation every 12 hours, inability to clear trip statistics, frequent non-response to a voice command to call up the "Hello TomTome" voice control, extreme slow down by touch control after a few hours of using navigation, etc., etc.) and now, moreover, the impossibility of putting the device into factory settings, ie the so-called hard reset, I am very dissatisfied. I use the device every day for my work, so I bought the highest and most expensive model, and yet I often have to turn to a mobile phone and a competitive application. You could say I'm already desperate.

Is there any help? In my opinion, this is an untuned system as such, very poor memory management, etc. If the navigation works, I am fully satisfied.
