Hi
Only with Mydrive connect you can update your rider.
What is your problem exactly?

Have you tried deleting the Mydrive login cache?
Have you tried with another cable.

Hi thought I had it sorted connected to lap top and it said it was loading new maps great looked at it this morning and now theres nothing just says no maps available reinstall map you already have or purchase one from Tom Tom wheres all the ones gone that we’re on there

I have replied in the other thread where you posted this question, here >> https://www.tomtomforums.com/thread...-connection-can-anyond-help.33523/post-199917

Like you, there's a chance that your laptop decided it needed a good night's sleep, too.

Be SURE that you've got your laptop's power management mode set up such that it does NOT go to sleep after X minutes of 'inactivity'. It's stupid, but download activity isn't considered 'activity' by most laptops. You'll need to restart the map download with the laptop set up such that it does not time out.

Cheers mate tried it again and it down loaded so hopefully it stays there this time

Thought it probably would. So be careful when updating in the future that the notebook isn't allowed to time out while you're not around to poke a key now and again to keep it awake and you should be good.
