Hello,

I got a Tomtom from my dad today.
He turned it on today after 3 years.
When i turn on the device, the diagnostic screen appears.

I am not able to skip it or close it.
Could you guys tell me how i can make it work again ?

That screen occurs when the power button is held down during boot. Sounds like the power button is stuck down.
