Tomtom Go no Bluetooth conection.

GO 70
My Tomtom has stopped connecting to any device. I have an iPhone and and iPad. Both devices' software is up to date. I have followed the standard procedure multiple times. Deleted connections again and again. Even take devices back to factory settings. Tomtom see's the devices bit will not pair. Even a colleagues brand ne iPhone 13 would not connect. Any advice would be gratfully received.
 
Do not have an immediate solution to your problem, but am certainly curious about your device since it will probably decide what advice we can give since this can vary by model.

I have not ever heard of a GO 70 model, and would like to update our list here if necessary.
Can you tell us the first two characters of your device's serial number?
 
Hi It's a Model 4Yb70 4YB7 001 00, I think it's oneof the discover models. First two letters of the serial are ZW

Go to Menu > Settings > system > select > Reset device.
Then re-associate your device with your smartphone.

Very good. That 7" device is one of the latest generation known as a GO Discover, as you say. We had never heard it called a GO 70 before, even in the UK market. Where did you see the GO 70 reference?
