My Drive is in Spanish

Do a factory reset and try again for the language. I'd select Englisg-US for that model.
 
My Drive Interface is in Spanish even though English is my registered language.
Don't know which version you are using or if it is still applicable but if yo clicked on your name in the top right corner you could click the Maple Leaf.
