Memory card shows empty in mydrive despite having content

When i first inserted my Card it asked if i wanted to use it formatted for tracks or for maps - i chose tracks - is this the reason that it shows as empty when the device is connected to mydrive Connect?

Not useful Mydrive connect for your rider 550.
Insert your SD into your rider's drive then select Imported course.
