Rider 550 - can't sign in TomTom account

TomTom Model(s)
Rider 550
WiFi and Bluetooth are connected.
Password is correct.
After couple of minutes gives a message:
Oh. Error accessing TomTom services. Please try again later.
How to fix this problem?
