Trying to transfer saved Track to PC or Phone from TomTom Rider 550

I have a track that I recorded on my Rider 550 which I want to transfer off the device, but I can find no way of doing this.

I can connect the MyDrive app to the 550 from my phone, but there's nothing there that lets me do this.

I can connect my PC to the 550 via USB and open the file storage when I click on Import Routes, except the track I saved doesn't appear!

If I try to connect via MyDrive on the PC, I click on "Add Device" and it tells me to log in to my TomTom account on the device. I have done that, but MyDrive on the PC doesn't recognise it's there and just keeps telling me to log in on the device...

This is ridiculous and intensely frustrating and I can find no reason for this.

Please can someone help?
 
On Mydrive you must connect with the same identifiers as your GPS rider 550 account (email addresses + password.)
