Tomtom Home Trying To Add Car Images Receive Error Message

    Your device may be one considered as End of Life by TomTom, meaning no more support for new maps, having Operate My Device function, etc. Do you remember being asked to download a mandatory update to Home?

    Looks like the server isn't willing to produce the download image. As a result, there's nothing to install, producing the 2nd message.
    Give it a day and see if A Smiley_Man can be downloaded then.

    OK I have updated home several times from the past years; and still install new quarterly maps no problem, I have life time maps!
    I have given it a week to try again and have tried other images same error!
    Now what?
