Problems with a tomtom rider

I have a tom tom rider that is just out of warranty and the touch screen has shifted. Does anyone have any idea where I can get this repaired. Tom tom has left me standing and says its my problem and would not even refere me to someone. can someone give advice

What do you mean by the screen 'shifted'?
