OneXL not recognized by TOMTOME Home as connected to computer.

TomTom Home does not recognize that my OneXL is connected to the computer and I am unable to get updates. I am running Windows 8 with Firefox and/or Explorer. Tam able to connect from my work computer so I know it is not the cable or the TomTom. The issue appears to be with Windows or Firefox. Any ideas?

Do you have the latest Flash and Java installed? Are you using a usb port on the back, not the front of the computer?

I beleive I have the latest Java and Flash but will check to be sure; Thanks. I am using a lap top and have tried all of the USB ports.

Could you please re-post the link? I accidentally cleared it trying to copy
