My Go Premium continuously shuts down and restarts

Hi, my Go Premium continuously shuts down and restarts. This is whether or not a journey is entered. Frankly it is not much use but wonder if there is a firmware or other issue that can rectify this. I have rebooted it (holding down the start button until it goes to the device details screen and then restarts) several times but that hasn't fixed it. Has it reached the end of its toime or can it be fixed? Hoping for the latter and many thanks in advance for your helpful suggestions.
 
@Ant123 You can attempt to determine if the problem is related to the battery. First, connect your device (while it's powered off) to a power source such as an electrical outlet or a USB port on a computer for a duration of at least two hours. Afterward, verify if the problem persists. If the issue remains unresolved, you can carry out a complete recovery procedure as outlined in this link here

Hi

Disable Mydrive synchronization on the device.
Parameter then Tomtom service deactivate Mydrive synchronization on the device reactivate you to transfer a route.

Thank you. This worked and I followed the TomTom video on how to Recover your device. Simple really.
