Map Update

Hi

Im London Uk and new here. I have just purchased (week before) XXL Classic Western Europe map v875.3669. I am not able to update through Home its showing an error. Pls help me how can I update to a newest version.

What kind of error? Is it Home showing the error? Can you cut and paste it here?

Hi,

have you been offered to select a map zone? Probably the map won't fit completely to your device's memory so you'll need to select a part of the map that you can change afterwards.

No, i mean, i had downloaded to TTH but while update n install to device it was giving an error.

If you downloaded the map, you'll find it here in compressed format:
C:\Documents and Settings\yourname\My Documents\TomTom\HOME\Downloads\complete\maps\

and you can try to install it manually. See here:
