File Access Error

Hi
My TT910 wont load European maps and also gives a brief message "unable to store settings, file access error". I saw from the website that you can use the clear flash memory, but the instructions say that you have to use the tomtom memory card - mine doesn't have one though. Should I use the clear flash memory and if so can I do it directly via the computer link.

Yes, just connect your unit to the computer, download the Clear Flash tool and run it 3 times.

You really don't get much feedback from Clear Flash that it has done anything. Just install. That does the job. Then choose to install a second and a third time.
