Car kit USB power dead

All of a sudden stopped getting power from the USB car charger cradle for my iPhone 4S. It worked fine with my iPhone 4 but since I've upgraded it's stopped. I have the adapter on the car cradle if that helps between the 4 & 4S. It's not the cigarette outlet because I can use other power sources fine.

Any help is appreciated!
