Hi,
Like I said, I can easily import POI's ov2 files using TomTom MyDrive, but it seems to be impossible to import .bmp files. Is there a way to access the device and import them manually?

Thanks :)

You can install all your personal POIs lists but you can only display 5 at any time.
Menu / settings / Appearance / Show POI lists on map.
For starters all will display with a Hide on the right. Tap on it and it will change to Show and a new window will let you select one of the 5 available icons. After a Restart they will now be displayed on your map, the way you are used to it.

But with little geometric symbols, not the custom icons the OP was hoping to use.

I've also found over the years that a reset isn't necessary. Whatever I select on my 620 appears immediately. Never did understand why that instruction was provided.

Thanks to all of you. Too bad that the feature has been deleted on new devices and I understand that I can display up to 5 POIs at a time. Apparently we're being forced to use the preset geometric symbols.

You can show up to 5 POI categories at a time. The number of actual POIs within a category is not limited (if I remember correctly).

Yup. It's possible to store and use more than 5, but only a max of 5 can be displayed at a time.
