Go discover 7
Hi,
I'm trying to add my go discover 7 to my drive connect but nothing is happening. Win 11 is system and when he tries is always back to the page to add device.

Please help.

Thanks

No experience with Win 11 yet - Microsoft claims my hardware 'security' isn't recent enough.
But let's see what we can do.
When you connect your GO 7" to your PC, does the PC recognize the device? Although it is a USB connection, when you go to Device Manager, your GO should appear as "Remote NDIS Compatible Device" under "Network adapters". That's because your GO is a little mini-server.

Hi,
When I connect device app recognise device by won't add. On device nothing happens

Be 100% certain that it is showing up as a network device in Device Manager. If MyDrive doesn't work properly, it won't show up as a network device. MyDrive is making the USB to network interface for the device. That will be our first troubleshooting clue.

Yes it shows like you said Remote NDIS Compatible Device and I don't now what to do next. It's only charging the device

My concern is when my 1 year trial of premium end and my device is logged with my account ,after my purchase through my account, would device continue to use premium services.

One last idea.
With your device connected, please use a browser to try to navigate to this address (it is one of the 'pages' on your GO 'mini-server'):
If you can reach that, then we know that MyDrive is 'mostly' working and that it can connect to your device. From there, we would have to focus on MyDrive itself, though I'm not clear where we would go with that.

I resolved the problem thank you all for help and advices....

Thanks again

Wait, wait! What was the answer???

Hi,
One of the user from tomtom community send me suggestion to do reset of my device. So I've done that and everything was perfect. Even in my my drive connect device was already there.
