Can't log into Tomtom Mydrive Connect

    Hello
    I've been trying to conect my Tomtom via130 over and over again to my imac / Mydrive Connect.
    I got the 'wrong password' message all the time.
    After I set a new password -you guessed it- I still get this message! I tried several times.
    I can't even ask Tomtom directly because they require you to log in first before you can ask a question!
    W$&@F.
    Can someone here give me advice pleas.
