I can't get off of legal notice screen

I'm at legal notice screen. Digitizer won't allow me to select "I agree" is there a solution to this? Or should I start some tomtom target practice this weekend?

Sorry for popping in and out so very briefly lately, but much going on here.
Have seen the above issue myself on 720 and 740 when a screen recalibration was necessary. No way to hit the lower right to dismiss the legal notice dismissal.
