Rider 2nd edition paired with phone but can't receive calls

Hi, my Tomtom Rider 2nd Edition is paired with my Samsung Galaxy J3 phone and I can hear the sat nav through the headset, I can also hear my phone when it rings through my headset, I press the green button on the sat nav to receive the call but then I cannot hear the call through the earpiece
Any advice would be good

Check to see if the J3 phone supports two Bluetooth connections at the same time. Specs like that are hard to come by.

Possible test: Since your J3 supports FM radio, see whether or not your headset can pick up both the radio and the TomTom.

You have to swipe th green button to the right, not depressit.
