I can not see my screen in bright sunlight on my Goldwing. If you know of a color scheme that works well in bright sunlight please let me know. In my car it works well. No problem with the night, just in daylight. I purchased a glare stomper but it does not help.

You need high contrast so try the built in Afrika colour scheme at 100% brightness and it should be OK - Mike

A good suggestion from Mikealder to put the brightness at 100%. I also found that the screen protector that I fitted made a big difference. I have also played with the direction that the screen is facing and have found that having it so that it isn't square on to my face, facing slightly down (a bit hard to explain really) is the best position for me. In bright sunlight I don't think that you will be able to see the screen particularly well. I have used my hand to shield the screen on occaision, but tend to just listen to the voice commands while riding rather than trying to focus on the screen. You can always stop to check details if need be.
