Cannot load Tom Tom MyDrive on Windows 10 PC

I am trying top load MyDrive on my new Windows 10 PC but on downloading the .exe file to the PC I get an error saying that the signature file is incomplete or damaged.

I have downloaded the file now 3 times and the same thing keeps happening can you please advise

Did you download the correct version for W10?

Before you do it again, open Control Panel > Programs and Features and uninstall TomTom MyDrive Connect.

In Windows Explorer go to Windows (C ) > User > [your user name] > AppData > Local > TomTom > HOME3 > Updates and delete the File folder and EXE files that refer to your current tries.

Error is "the signature of this file is corrupt or invalid" when you run the command line

Paul,
I didn't look at your device, the GO 520.
With a fully charged device you should not even have to bother with MyDrive Connect as it does downloading and updating via WiFi.
Even if connected via USB that only makes a connection between your device and the WiFi on your PC.
