330XLS Very CONFUSED

I bought the xl 330 and I am trying to put in this address
2901 Dallas North Tollway
Plano, TX 75093
I get "Home Numbers not available for this street" on this road and wants to go to the nearest cross roads.....if I am out driving around I want to get to my destination not a cross road. Why can I not put in this address??

Both map vendors (teleatlas and navteq) consider this a highway, that doesn't have street numbers.

Even the USPS zip code locator (the definitive source on American addresses) doesn't recognize this as a valid address.

You can add a "Point on map" as a Favorite, and in the future you can navigate to this favorite if you want to reach a specific destination on this road.
