Wont install update app

Ive tried 3 different computers and having the same problem on all i can download tbe app but when i go to open it comes up a white screen and wont let me do anything else ive tried uninstalling and then re installing it and still the same thing happens and ive also connected the sat nav while doing so and tried it with it unconnected too please someone help ive tried on the most upto date windows down to windows xp and vista

Is it the MyDrive Connect app that you are trying to install?
After installation, do you see the little systray icon down in the lower right of your screen? One like you see here would indicate a need to update the device.
