Which SatNac for europe and U.K?

Hello,

Im looking to get a satnav for me parents that will be using it in the u.k and in europe (german,sweden, france and a few other places)
Only problem is I have search for a few and i find theres tomtom one, tomtom go, tomtom start and a dozen other options!
I'm not sure which to go for and im looking to spend around ?130 max on it, would anyone be able to recommend me which one is the right one to get?
