Tripmaster elevation error

I used Tripmaster yesterday, I setup the output as gpx, however the altitude was displayed in feet, the gpx file indicates meters, I didn't do the math but, but this seems logical. See clip below.

Its imperial, the issue is not with the displayed value on the screen, when running Tripmaster doing tracks. The value in the upper left hand corner is correct, the resulting gpx file is where the error is.
 
New info the CSV file I generated today shows the elevation in feet, and the kml file I generated, this morning, is also in feet, so there is an issue of some type.. there might be an issue with the gpx version.
Any ideas?
