Tomtom VIA 1535 - Voice Command

Hello, everybody.

The voice command in my device doesn't work. I'm using Portuguese voices and with both of female's voices available, nothing happen. There is no device reaction.

Any help will be very appreciated.

Is either female voice a computer voice? Is the language set to Portugese? Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds
