How do I reset my TomTom via 1535

Hi!
How do I reset my TomTom via 1535?
It's not connecting to the computer anymore. I've tried different USB ports.
MyDrive Connect says that the device is being connected, and then, after I few seconds, "Not connected".

My POIs and Favorites will be lost during reset?

Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds. You won't lose any information.

Jorge, you should should have a file with your POIs on your computer.
I has been canderson's suggestion for a long time now to make a POI for your Favourites too.

You might try changing to a different USB cable. I have been amazed how many faulty cables I have encountered over the years.
