resetting tomtom

I need to reset my tomtom n14644 and it doesn't have a pinhole. I have pushed the on/off button and I can hear it but nothing comes up. can anyone help with this

There is no model by that name.

If you put the first 2 characters of the serial number (found on the silver paper on the bottom) in the link here:
Which TomTom device do I have?

you'll see what model TT you do have.

All that said, if you hold the power button about 10-15 seconds till you hear the drum sound, that resets models without a dedicated reset hole.
