Ordered online and paid to (e-mail address removed) for an update to my Subaru navigator. TomTom sent me the 2008 version in an Australia 25 labelled disk. After lengthy complaints by email and phone, I received an envelop to return the item. The promised replacement disk never arrived. After more complaints and six weeks later, I finally received (i) an email saying that the refund was being processed, and (ii) one hour later, another mail, saying that they could not proceed with the refund unless I returned the second disk which I never received, adding insult to injury.
As I am unwilling to forfeit $300, I have brought the matter to FairTrade and if unsuccessful, will have to go the Claims Tribunal.....
