TomTom Rider doesn't turn off

Hi my tomtom ryder wont switch off after disconnecting from power ,,,any ideas thanks

Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds.

My Tom Tom does the same. I tried this but it didn't help.
